From doing restaurant consulting and even owning his own Restaurants and Bars in the Eastern Cape, Chef Aiden decided to relocate to the buzzing City of Johannesburg to continue his journey of creativity within the restaurant and hospitality industry, with the aim of broadening his already very appealing reputation.
